Christiana Puccetti, LCSW, PMH-C

My mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to explore the challenges that brought them to therapy. With deep respect for each person’s unique journey, I integrate evidence-based practices, including Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, and ACT with psychodynamic and attachment-informed approaches to provide personalized care that honors the whole person.

I have a passion for helping clients understand the lasting impact of developmental trauma and the ways early experiences can shape our relationships, emotional patterns, and sense of self well into adulthood. While insight is an important part of healing, I believe lasting change often requires working with the brain and body together. Brain-body based therapies can help access and process experiences that may be difficult to reach through traditional talk therapy alone, allowing clients to move beyond survival patterns and toward the life they truly want to live. At the same time, I incorporate practical tools from CBT, DBT, and ACT to help clients navigate everyday challenges, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room.

Life’s challenges often bring us to ask, “What does this mean?” or “What can I do about it?” Whether we're facing a major decision, relationship conflict, the effects of trauma, or recurring patterns that leave us feeling stuck. My therapeutic approach draws from psychoanalytic and existential frameworks, which are both evidence-based and rooted in helping people find meaning, make empowered choices, and stay aligned with their core values. I welcome clients with long-standing concerns, including early trauma and personality or character struggles, and tailor therapy to meet your unique goals, whether you're seeking brief support or deeper, long-term work. Clients often describe me as flexible, upbeat, and nonjudgmental, and many find the process both supportive and meaningfully challenging. I believe transformation is possible when we begin to make sense of our experiences. Let’s connect and explore what that might look like for you

Jordan Everett, LCSW & Pika

Stepping into therapy is an act of courage, and my hope is that from the moment you arrive, you feel safe, respected, and confident in the care you’re receiving. I use a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach (including CBT, DBT, and EMDR) to support both children and adults as they navigate emotions, heal from the past, and build a stronger sense of self.

You’ll also be greeted by Pika, my gentle and playful Australian Labradoodle & trained therapy animal, who helps create a space where openness and connection come naturally. Together, we work to make sessions feel collaborative, and grounded, a place where big feelings are welcomed and you never have to go through them alone.

Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, gain perspective, and better understand yourself in the midst of life's challenges. My hope is that from our first session, you feel welcomed and comfortable bringing your whole self into the room.

I believe our relationships, life experiences, and the larger systems we navigate, such as our families, communities, workplaces, and cultures all influence our emotional well-being. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change. While therapy can involve difficult conversations, I believe healing is strengthened through curiosity, compassion, and moments of humor. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, relationship challenges, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, we’ll work collaboratively to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Kristen Dela Balazs

Life's challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you're carrying the weight of past experiences, navigating a major life transition, or finding yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect, and begin creating meaningful change.

My clinical experiences in community mental health, hospice care, and emergency medicine have deepened my appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals experiencing crisis, grief, trauma, severe mental illness, chronic illness, and significant life transitions. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, client-centered, and holistic approach to therapy. I recognize that healing looks different for everyone, and I strive to meet each client with curiosity, empathy, and respect for their unique story.
